Food Science is a Chinese academic journal to broadcast comprehensive research advances on food science. This journal is published by China Food Publishing Co. and is hosted by Beijing Academy of Food Sciences. This journal is supervised by China General Chamber of Commerce. Food Science is launched in 1980 and Dr. Yong Sun is currently the Editor-in-Chief.
Food Science is a semimonthly publication targeted both domestically (CN 11-2206/TS) and internationally (ISSN 1002-6630). Each issue contains 300 pages on average and the annual published papers reach to 1200.
